The Passport Cocktail Bar & Bottle Shop is a globally inspired craft cocktail bar and retail bottle shop in Downtown West, co-owned by certified sommelier Javia Gilliam-Sanford and mixologist Kaje Sanford of Pour Decisions STL. Every cocktail is a travel postcard — the Golden Martini nods to Greece, Earl's Fever Dream riffs on an espresso martini with Earl Grey vodka. A curated wine list, whiskey selection, and retail bottle shop round out a space decorated with Parisian bistro tables and repurposed Roman church pews. Opened September 2024.
