About
Prohibition is a speakeasy-inspired cocktail bar tucked inside the lower level of the historic Centennial Malt House, dedicated to the women who shaped underground nightlife during the Prohibition era. There's no sign — guests discover the entrance themselves, with lights flickering on as they pass. The eight-cocktail menu draws on classics with a 1920s twist, paired with moody Art Deco decor and live jazz. Soft-launched October 24, 2025.
