Opened in 2023 by attorney-turned-coffee-entrepreneur Richard Elias, 23 West Coffee quickly became a standout in the Old Webster historic district, earning praise from St. Louis Magazine's dining editor as one of the best coffee shops in town. Working with local roastery First Crack, Elias offers several high-quality single-origin coffees — including beans from Costa Rica, Ethiopia, and Peru — and a house blend, all brewed in the Italian tradition.
